First day: "Odessa - the Pearl of the Black Sea!!!

The first day excursion includes walking tour around the city called "The Old Odessa". This excursion was mean to show you the old part of the city, where the most fascinating architectural monuments are placed. You will see the famous Opera House, Philharmonic theatre, The City Parliament (in Ukraine Rada), the district of the Sea - Port, amazing palace of the Count M.S. Vorontsov, Passazh, Pale - Royal, the Theatrical and Sobornaya squares, The City Gardens, the other theatres and museums, you will hear numerous entertaining stories about the historically important Odessa leaders, like: A. Pushkin, Duke de Richelieu, Count Vorontsov, legendary Leonid Utesov, Sergey Utochkin, the monument of "12 chairs" and of "The Orange" and many other things. For dessert you can learn some interesting facts from the history. We suggest you to visit "The Art Museum", located in the ancient palace of Pototskaya family. Here you will see magnificent collection of works in painting, sculpture and graphic arts. The museum will also represent you the masterpieces of famous Russian portraitists and also the Golden fond of the art gallery: pictures of Ayvazovsky, Kostandi, Kuindgy, Vereschagina, Vrubelya and many others. You will get acquainted with underground world of our city in the artificial grotto of the palace.

In the evening you can visit the main street of the city Deribasovskaya, where you will find different entertainments for your taste and choice. Here you will have a chance to be acquainted with different kitchens. Necessarily try the real Odessa food and real Odessa bee in the world famous restaurant "Gambrinus". The best beer you can try in the private brewery in the City Gardens. The best Odessa restaurants are: "Fanconi", "Boulevard" and "Dacha". If you prefer eastern kitchen, you should visit Japanese restaurant "Yokohama" or "Tokyo House" and Chinese "Hong Kong". And you also can breathe the real eastern odour in "Hookah number 1" on Sobornaya square. Do you choose European food? You will find it in "Steak house", "Irish Pub" or in "Bavaria". Ukrainian kitchen such restaurants can suggest: "Kumanets", "Ukrainskaya Lasunka", "Vasilisa" and "Balalayka". After supper you can have romantic trip in the phaeton through the historical part of the city.

The Second Day: "Odessa from different sides!!!

You can choose between two excursions according to your interests and tastes. The first excursion is "Odessa Temples". For a long time we were turn into atheism but what means to be a believer? Why we belief that God is one, but the world knows many different religions? Why our religion is called orthodox? Who do we see on the icons? Why a monk lives alone? You will receive the answers on these and many other questions during this excursion. For many years Odessa has been the center of pilgrimage, leading to the relics of Palestine, Rome, Constantinople, Sinai and Athens. During this excursion you will learn about birth, destruction and revival of Odessa temples and about history of Odessa relics. And you also will visit Cathedral, where the icon of Casperovskaya God's Mother is, Saint-Uspensky men's monastery, Odessa Spaso-Preobrazhensky Cathedral and others churches and temples. The other excursion for your choice is "Criminal Odessa". After the Turkish fortress Khadjibey was defended by the Russian army and by Ukrainian Cossacks, they decided to build the city and port here. And many persons with shadowed past and present began to come here. In the Moldavanka district well known Mishka Yaponchik was born, the leader of Odessa mafia. Who read the "Odessa stories" of Isaac Bebel that knows Yaponchik as Benny Creak. In Moldavanka district the thievish academy was located and grew up the thieves not only for Russian imperia but also for export. Odessa was the arena of legendary thieves and swindlers, such as Sonka Golden Hands, perfect pickpocket thief, Numa Kotov and many other persons, famous and not much. You will learn many interesting things about this side of life in Old Odessa during this excursion. The other interesting thing for you to choose is "The Sea Voyage on the boat" (elective). See Voyage begins in the Sea-port. You will see Odessa Sea-Port with its monuments and little church, where the see-men's relatives go to pray for them, for successful sea voyage and for sooner come back for them. You will receive unforgettable impression from watching the noisy and crowded sea-port, with many cars, people, vessels and ships. The program includes voyage on the boat along the coast, where you will be able to see the beaches, the nature of the coast, to enjoy fascinating view of the sea, to watch the dolphins, playing in the water and to breathe fresh balmy air. If you like to dance and you lead the night way of life, we suppose that for you will be very interesting to visit the night clubs of Odessa! Such as: "E", "Palladium", "Captain Morgan", "Vecherniaya Odessa", "Love Cafe" or to play billiards in the bowling club "7 Zvezd". For those who like something unusual, we can suggest such places as: "Exit", "Oreshek" and art-club "Pobeda"

The Third Day

Excursion "A riddle of White City" (elective excursion) is in the city Belgorod-Dnestrovskiy. This city is situated 80 km from Odessa. This is fascinating excursion to the fortress Ackerman in Belgorod-Dnestrovskiy city. Ackerman was contemporary of Athens and Damascus, Rome and Beirut, Yerevan and Tripoli. Sources of the destiny of this ancient city are more than 2500. During this time the city was occupied by different tribes and people, each of them gave different name to the fortress. Till our time cunningly more than two tens names the city had, but all of them anyhow were translated into Russian as the White fortress which many centuries cost on the rocky rocks - towers, bastions, court yards, guns, kernels, stories and histories.

The second excursion is "Odessa catacombs" (elective excursion). Odessa Catacombs appeared to be the most famous in the world! They stretch out for tree thousands kilometers under ground and the stratagem of their labyrinths is the most intricate among the other catacombs of the world! The complete plan of Odessa catacombs doesn't exist. The sandstone on which Odessa city stands was extracted under the ground and many kilometers of tunnels formed there, known as Odessa catacombs. These famous underground labyrinths were always used and are used nowadays for different purposes. The smuggles, revolutionaries, partisans used Odessa catacombs. And in Nerubaiskoe village, which is located in seven miles to the North West from Odessa, the network of tunnels that sheltered partisans in the Second World War was turned into the Museum of Partisan Glory. This museum is very popular. You will walk in the tunnels under the ground where conditions of partisan camp were reconstructed. You will here the story about Odessa heroes. Transfer.
