Most of the apartments are located in the very center of Odessa near major tourist sights and entertainment within a few minute walk to Deribasovskaya Street or on Deribasovskaya Street... They are renovated up to western standard, fully furnished and equipped to offer maximum comfort to our guests. All of our Odessa apartments for rent have double bed(s), telephone, cable or Satellite TV; fully equipped kitchen, including kitchen-ware, electric kettle, cooker, fridge; heater, iron, other amenities. Many have washing machines, DVD Players, air-conditioning, High Speed Internet etc.
Please, choose apartment from our catalogue. Click "Sent Request" button. Please, enter your full name, your email address, number of guests, check-in and check-out information, indicate your wishes to the apartment (facilities, your special needs etc.). After sending this request, within 12 hours you will get an email from our manager with information about availability of the apartment. If it is available, our manager will send you an invoice for payment of the advance, which is equal to the first day of booking period.If the apartment chosen by you is occupied by other client, we will offer for you another, the same level of comfort, an arrangement and the price.
If in day of your departure, we don't have other client on this apartment, you can is in it to 6 o'clock in the evening.
For stays 5 nights or more you receive FREE airport pickup
If you need transfer to the apartment, please write about this your wish in the field "Your notes and wishes". Or you may find transfer order form in the main menu of this web site. Our driver will meet you at the airport (or any other place of Ukraine) and will deliver you to the apartment.

Deposit for guaranteed booking is required to confirm a reservation. This can be done by any of the following means.

What is included in the rental fee?
Sheets, towels a big one and a small one for each tenant, toilet paper, soap, kitchen towels and bathroom mats.Internet. Cleaning before your arrival, cleaning and sheets change every 4-5 days during your stay, to order cleaning please call our manager, or send SMS with the time when you want room maid to come to you and your address. In case you need cleaning more often, it will cost 7-10$ for 1 room apartment, 10-20$ for 2-3 rooms.
